Visiting grandparents

My post got chopped off on the one below. Grandma and Grandpa ("Big Jack") Hood were up visiting this past weekend. We've been enjoying dinners out and shopping - although "Little Jack" would've preferred watching football with his dad and grandpas.

This weekend he really started smiling more. IT'S NOT JUST GAS ANYMORE!!! hahaha Now we're revving up for 'Auntie' Kat to visit in a week and a half.

3 generations...

Grandma and Grandpa ("Big Jack") have been here to visit "Little Jack". We've had a good time of dinners out and shopping (Little Jack would've preferred watching football with dad). He started smiling a lot more this weekend....let the personality start shining thru!

October 20th, 2007

Jack is now 6 weeks old and continuing to grow. He's getting pretty good at holding up his head. He still likes his momma. Dad is ok, too. He is now able to sleep close to four hours at a time, which is making life a little better for mom and dad. Next week, Jack will get to meet Grandpa Jack and Grandma Ginger for the first time. Yep, "Big" Jack meets "little" Jack.

One month old

Here's a few more fun pics to go along with our growing one-month old :) We're so proud of the double-chin he's getting!!! And we couldn't resist showing the one of him with what we call "crazy hair". He obviously doesn't appreciate it.

Sept 29th

Well, we have now passed Jack's planned birth date. He is doing well and getting bigger.

Getting bigger

Contrary to this picture with Lena holding baby Jack - he's getting big! Ok, so that's relative. He has gained over a pound in the last week....our goal of fattening him up is working :) As of Sat., he's at 6 lb 14 oz. Now to work on that sleep thing.....
