Aaah - there's nothing like a sleeping baby....for many reasons. I just wanted to bring to light one thing....do you think he needs a haircut? Jack's hair probably grows as fast as mine...hmmm, wonder where he got that. It's been an interesting few days. Tom's been at an out-of-state conference and returns TONIGHT.....YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. I'm so happy! Single-parenting isn't really for me. Although, Jack's been great. We did try to have Tom read him a story over the phone. That worked well. If by well, you know it to be Jack eating the phone instead. Whoops.
And I'm doubly-thrilled because indoor soccer started back up today. Ooooh yea. Haven't touched a soccer ball in 1 1/2 mths. It was slightly evident out on the field. I did score a goal though! Admittedly, if I DIDN'T score it would've been in the soccer Hall of Shame - the ball was 2 inches from the goal line when I struck it in. Oh well - I snuck behind the keeper and my teammate squeaked the ball past him to me. But it's good to be out wheezing on the field again. Reminds me that I'm not a runner....unless there's a little white ball in front of me :)
And I'm going to sign off of here. As evidenced by the picture above, I might actually have a chance to eat a hot meal (did I just jinx that?).

Hope you enjoyed that hot meal. ;) Cuteness is not an adequate word to describe the wonderfulness that is Baby Jack sleeping.
I know the cuteness and joy of a sleeping child especially when you have been "single parenting" while your other half is out of town. I hope you got to enjoy your hot meal.
What a cutie-patootie. Naw, don't worry about the hair too much, until some sweet lady says, "Awww, what a cute GIRL!" heehee! Ya got have somethin' ta wave in the wind! :)
@K - Just as long as it's not a mullet waving in the wind :) hahaha
hahahaha-A mullet!!! lol Naw, then people would think he's from out here in the stix! (ohhhh myyyy, visions of yesteryear dance through this teacher-of-rednecks' mind!)
