New table that I got for a steal!
A closer look. We'll be taking out the two leaves (sp?), I just wanted to see how huge it is.
Another note - the chairs have a cream cushion which I'm not 100% wild about, so may stick covers over them. You know, with a toddler and all :)

I like it! I know what you mean about cream. It is really easy to put new fabric on the cushions with a staple gun.

I love your new table, Erin is correct about recovering the seats with more kid-friendly fabric. Real easy to do and it's rather fun too. I hear you about the plastic ocvers though. I am thinking of getting them for the chairs when the grandkids are here.
Hey Marla - just checking in - love the new table and chairs! I'll pass on a secret from my mom...She also has fabric chairs and said this trick even got rid of salmon oil stains!!
Shaving cream (not gel) small bit, scrubb with toothbrush - she thought her chairs were done for and used a scrub brush! then wipe with a damp cloth...even worked on our covered folding chairs! YEA
