We were driving around tonight looking at Xmas lights, stopping at Barnes & Noble, etc. On the way home Tom and I were talking about our old college, crazy days.
After talking for a bit, Tom says in his cheesiest voice, "But I'm SO thankful for the family I have now." Right then we both turn around to look, adoringly, at Jack in the backseat. Wouldn't you know it, Jack has his finger jammed up his nose....digging for his brain apparently. Aaaah, we laughed and laughed. Sooo thankful!

I can SEE it! Hilarious. Kids are always good for a reality check. And is it weird that I can actually "hear" Tom's voice saying that when I read that quote? ;)
